PROPER KNIFE STORAGE
To ensure that your knives maintain their edge for as long as possible, KNIFEX suggests you store them in one of the following ways:

• Magnetic Knife Racks
  These hold your knives securely, yet keep them conveniently available and easy to select.
• Wooden Knife Blocks
  The block shields the blades and protects the user from exposed edges, yet each knife has its own slot and is easily accessible
• Portable Knife Cases
  These provide knife protection and storage for cooks and chefs on the go.
• Drawer storage
  Place the knife in a protective sheath or cover. The most damaging thing you can do to a knife is to store it unprotected in a drawer.
